SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY 

 

Shipping & Handling USA

We understand the excitement that comes with waiting for that special order. Thats why here at Nineth Closet we not only prepare your orders with style & grace but they also ship in a timely fashion. We Ship orders Monday - Friday. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Orders take approximately 5-7 working days to receive once shipped. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS. If you place an order between (Friday after 3pm EST. ) through Sunday, your orders will not be shipped till that following Monday-Wednesday.

All our Deliveries are handled by USPS, UPS, & DHL. Nineth Closet is not responsible for any missing/stolen packages once they’ve been delivered. 

For International shipping it's up to you to cover additional customs or taxes cost if any is required once shipped to your destination. Some international deliveries can take longer than usual. Please be aware that Nineth Closet is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance in the destined country.

Any refusal to pay duties and taxes on International orders & the package is returned,  a $30 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

NINETH CLOSET RETURNS

 

Your First Return is Free!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items returned to us after the 14 day grace period will not be approved and will be returned to sender. We recommend taking a picture of your tracking number for your records just in case the shipping company is experiencing delays.

To be granted a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached.

To request a refund or store credit, contact the brand at info@ninethcloset.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and returned to sender. 

If this is not your first return with the brand, the shipping cost will not be covered.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS or ISSUES

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if your item is defective, you received the wrong item, or if there is missing items so we can evaluate the problem and fix it ASAP!

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that was purchased during a promotional sale or part of our Last Call clearance cannot be returned,refunded, or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

Items can only be exchanged for another size. You will have to return the item, and once it has been approved we will issue you a store credit to make a new purchase for the new size needed.

We do not hold items for customers. To make sure the new size you need does not go out of stock, we recommend ordering the size you need before returning the exchanged item. Then once we receive your exchanged item and its approved, we will issue you a refund.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your return was approved or not. If your return is approved, you will be refunded back to your original payment method. Please keep it mind depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time to appear. Orders received after the 14-day return policy will not be granted a refund.
