COVID-19 POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have updated our Shipping Policy temporarily, as of May 19th. Please review changes below.

 

Shipping & Handling USA

We understand the excitement that comes with waiting for that special order. Thats why here at Nineth Closet we not only prepare your orders with style & grace but they also ship sand day if ordered before 4PM EST, Monday - Thursday and before3PM on Fridays. Orders take approximately 5-7 working days to receive. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS. If you place an order between (Friday after 3pm EST. ) through Sunday, your orders will not be shipped till that following Monday.

All our Deliveries are handled by USPS, FedEx & UPS to assure that you receive your Merchandise to Elevate your closet, All orders must be signed for. No one home? no problem, a card will be left to schedule a re-delivery or your package will be at your local Post office or FedEx.

For International shipping its up to you to cover additional customs or taxes cost if any is required once shipped to your destination. Some international deliveries can takelonger than usual. Please be aware that Nineth Closet is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance in the destined country.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Here at Nineth Closet we’re delighted to offer store credit or an exchange for items that do not work out. To make things as smooth sailing as possible, we will also provide instructions on the return document included with your order. We are not currently taking returns or exchanges due to COVID-19. However, we have extended our return/exchange period to 90 days. We will keep you updated via e-mail when our return policy opens back up. Nineth Closet does not cover shipping cost when items are returned.
